I suggest bringing some water and snacks, especially if you come in the midday heat. The onsite cafe is pricier than you’d expect, and I found it hard to focus on the amazing ruins when I was hungry

I recommend wearing good walking shoes because the paths can get a little rocky. I made the mistake of wearing flip-flops and ended up with sore feet way too early into my visit!
