I recommend checking the feeding schedule before you go. I missed the big cat feed, and it was such a bummer! You get to see more action if you're there at the right time.

I think you should wear comfortable shoes. The place has a lot of walking trails, and I saw so many people complaining about sore feet by noon. Seriously, sneakers are the way to go.

I suggest visiting on a weekday if you can. The crowd was way more manageable, and I got more personal interaction with the staff. Plus, less noise all around makes it better for the animals too
