I suggest wearing comfortable shoes because there are some steps and uneven paths around the mosque. Exploring the grounds is half the fun and you don’t want sore feet slowing you down.

If you can, visit right when it opens at 9 AM. The morning light is perfect for photos and you’ll avoid the crowds. Plus, it’s more peaceful for reflection.
