Plaza Dorrego

If you’re into shopping, wander around the nearby streets after visiting the plaza – there are some hidden gems and local shops worth checking out.

Make sure to visit on a Sunday for the antique market. It’s way busier, but you'll find unique souvenirs and the energy is awesome!

Be cautious of pickpockets, especially when the plaza gets crowded. Keep your belongings secure and stay aware of your surroundings!

Check out the street art as you walk to Plaza Dorrego. Some of it is truly incredible and gives you a different feel for the neighborhood!
Barolo Palace
Buenos Aires Metropolitan Cathedral
La Bombonera Stadium

I suggest visiting La Bombonera on a weekday if you can. It was way less crowded, and I could really take my time snapping photos and soaking it all in. Weekends can get super hectic!

Tip: bring a bottle of water. I didn’t notice there are few spots to get refreshments, and it got really hot. Staying hydrated is key, especially if you're doing the full tour.

I recommend checking out the museum inside the stadium after the tour. I didn't realize how rich the history is and felt I missed out. It’s totally worth the small extra fee!
Congress of the Argentine Nation
Recoleta Cemetery
Casa Rosada

If you want to get the perfect Instagram shot, aim for around 10 AM. The sunlight really enhances the building's colors and it’s less busy at that time.

i suggest exploring the nearby plaza de mayo afterward. it’s full of history and gives you more insight into the political significance of casa rosada.
