Pile Gate

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes. The cobblestone streets can be a bit tricky and I personally saw a few folks stumble. It’s an uphill climb too!

If you're into photography, bring a zoom lens. The architectural details are stunning from a distance, and I was able to get some amazing shots that way!
Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary

Consider combining your visit with a stroll through the surrounding Old Town. It's super pretty and you’ll find some great spots for photos and a break at local cafes along the way.

Bring some cash for the entrance fee. It’s only a few euros, but I noticed they didn’t take card payments when I visited. Just my luck.

I suggest visiting the Cathedral early in the morning around 9 AM to avoid the crowds. Trust me, it makes a huge difference and you can enjoy the beautiful architecture without feeling rushed.

If you want a great view inside, try to catch the afternoon light through the windows. I think it adds a magical touch to the whole experience!

Franjo Tudjman Bridge

Check the bungee jumping schedule ahead of time. I found out they only do it a few times a day, and I almost missed it. It’s such a rush, so plan around that.

Bring a small snack and some water. There aren't many places nearby to grab a bite, and it can get hot waiting to take photos from the bridge
