Belvo Beach

Parking can be a nightmare! I recommend finding a nearby public transport option instead. It's cheaper and saves you the stress of hunting for a spot.

I think the beach gets crowded, especially on weekends, so if you can, visit during the week. You'll have more space to spread out and enjoy your day.

Snagging a spot can be tricky during the peak season. My advice is to arrive by 10 AM, or otherwise, you might find yourself right at the back or having to hike a bit.

The sunsets here are stunning! Try to catch it around 8 PM, it's totally worth it. Bring a camera because you won't want to miss those views.
Uvala Lapad Beach

I recommend getting there around 9 AM for a good spot; it gets pretty crowded by noon. If you want some peace, come in the morning!
I think taking a quick dip is a must as the water is super refreshing! But watch out for rocky parts; water shoes could save your toes!

My advice is to rent a sunbed for the day... It’s only a few euros and way more comfy than laying on the sand all day!
St. Jacob's Beach

I suggest arriving around 9 AM for a more peaceful experience. By noon, it gets crowded and the vibe changes completely!

Check the local weather before you go. I thought it would be sunny, but some clouds rolled in later, which wasn't ideal for sunbathing.

Wear water shoes if you have them! The rocky entrance can be a bit tough on the feet, but it's worth it for the clear water.

I recommend exploring the area around the beach too. The nearby pine trees provide great shade and a nice spot to relax away from the crowds.
Banje Beach

I recommend grabbing a beach club chair early, I got there around 10 AM, and it was already busy. Super comfy and made it easier to chill and enjoy the view

Definitely check out the little cafe at the beach for lunch. I had a delicious sandwich and it was way cheaper than the fancy restaurants nearby.

My advice is to come around 4 PM when the crowds start to thin out. You’ll enjoy the golden hour vibe for some great photos and a more relaxed atmosphere.

I suggest bringing your own umbrella if you can. The ones for rent are a bit pricey, and trust me, shade is a must during the hottest parts of the day!
Dance Beach

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks because the beachside cafes can be pricey... It’s nice to relax with some homemade food while soaking up the sun
