Bring some snacks and water with you! The food options on the island are nice but can get pricey. I wish I had brought a packed lunch instead of spending so much on a mediocre sandwich.

Try to arrive around 9 AM to beat the crowds. I got there early on my second day and it was so much nicer without throngs of people everywhere. Plus, the morning views are stunning!

I recommend booking your ferry ticket in advance. When I went, there was a long line at the ticket booth and I ended up waiting while my friends were aboard. Save yourself that hassle and just book it online!

I suggest getting there right when it opens at 9 AM. It's way less crowded, and you can take your time looking at all the exhibits without feeling rushed
