Think about bringing your own snacks and drinks while skiing. Prices at the cafes on the slope can be a bit steep, and it’s nice to refuel without breaking the bank!

My advice is to check the weather forecast daily. We ended up having one day of heavy fog which really limited visibility, so plan accordingly!

I suggest getting the ski pass online before your visit. The lines can get long, and you can save a lot of time gearing up and hitting the slopes quicker!
Avoriaz

Check for deals at local shops! We stumbled upon a promo for lift passes if you bought them with equipment rentals... My advice is to ask around, you never know what discounts you might find!

Check the weather before you go! It changed on us, and we ended up having a snowy day when we could've been out snowkiting. I recommend keeping an eye on local forecasts

Be sure to pack some snacks and lunch. The restaurants can be pricey, and we found it hard to get good quick bites on the mountain. I think you'll save some money and have more fun.
Ecole de Parapente des Portes du Soleil
Aero-Bi

Make sure to book your flight ahead of time, you'll save a nice chunk of cash. I waited too long and ended up paying much more than I should have. It's worth planning this part well!
Morzine-Avoriaz Golf Club
Aquariaz

If you want to save some cash, consider bringing your own snacks. The food options can be a bit pricey, and there are picnic areas you can use.

I suggest booking your tickets online to avoid those pesky queues at the entrance. I did this, and it saved a ton of time!
Skoda Arena Ice Skating Rink

I suggest checking the schedule before you go, so you can catch the public skating hours. I didn’t and ended up waiting around! The best times seem to be mid-afternoon, less crowded and you can really enjoy the ice.

My advice is to rent your skates outside the rink if you can. It's usually cheaper and you might get a better pair. I rented at the arena and they were not great quality - didn't help my skating at all!
Espace Aquatique

My advice is to pack snacks and water from home. The food prices inside are kind of high, and we ended up spending way more on lunch than we expected.
