Don’t miss the lower level with the incredible gold artifacts. It was definitely a highlight of my trip and not too many people go there right away.

I suggest starting your visit around 10 AM, just after opening, to avoid crowds. It makes it way easier to enjoy the exhibits without feeling rushed or jostled.

I suggest buying your tickets online in advance to skip the queues. It saved me tons of time!

Plan at least two hours to explore; I rushed and ended up missing some incredible exhibits because I underestimated the time needed.

If you're on a budget, check if they have a free entry day. I stumbled upon one, and it was awesome seeing everything without spending a dime.

Definitely check the opening hours before you go! I went on a Sunday and it was closed for some reason. What a bummer!

don't skip the museum shop. i found some unique byzantine-inspired souvenirs that were reasonably priced. it's a great way to remember your visit without breaking the bank.
