I recommend checking out the small museum inside the castle; it's really interesting and often overlooked by visitors, so you could get some peace in there!

I think it’s worth spending some time just walking around the park! Nice views and a relaxing vibe which really enhances the castle experience

Don't forget your camera! The architecture is stunning, so you might want to have your phone or camera charged to capture all the angles!

Wear comfy shoes! You’ll be doing a lot of walking around the castle and the surrounding park. I underestimated it and regret my dramatic footwear choices.

Avoid the souvenir shops inside if you can. I found the prices steep for what you get. There are much better options in the nearby market areas!

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. The on-site cafes are okay but kind of pricey, and there's lovely park space for a picnic!

Check out the online menus for restaurants before going. I thought I’d grab lunch there, but some of the places are more pricey than they seem.

If you have time, don't miss the view from the upper terrace. I almost skipped it, thinking it wouldn’t be much, but it’s one of the best panoramas of the Danube!

I recommend taking a guided audio tour. There are so many interesting details about the history of the bazaar that you'd miss without it. It’s worth the small fee!

Make sure to bring cash. Some of the smaller eateries might not accept cards. I found a cute café that had amazing pastries and took only cash
