Make sure to bring some water and snacks—you'll be wandering around for a while! I ended up buying overpriced water from a vendor because I forgot.
If you have a camera, take advantage of the sunrise light—it's magical. I regret not doing an early morning shoot when I was there.

If you're into photography, the best light is just before sunset. So stay a bit longer after your visit, and you'll get some amazing pictures of the architecture with the golden hour glow.
