Batu Bolong Beach

My advice is to bring your own towel and snacks. Beachside cafes can be a bit pricey, and you might save a good amount if you pack a little picnic.

I recommend checking out the beach at sunset around 5:30 PM. The views are stunning and you can grab a drink at a beach club while watching the sky change colors.

If you're planning to surf, I suggest renting a board from a local shop instead of the beach vendors. It's usually cheaper and the boards are in better condition!

Be prepared for the sand to get hot around noon! I wish I had brought flip flops instead of walking barefoot, it was a bit uncomfortable.
Berawa Beach

If you’re looking for surf lessons, check out the ones that offer group rates. I did a private lesson and it was fun, but I think I could’ve saved some cash with a group session!

My advice is to try the little warungs along the beach for meals. They’re cheaper and way tastier than fancy restaurants. Just watch out for the occasional slow service, but it’s all part of the laid-back vibe!

I recommend packing some snacks and drinks, coz buying them on the beach can empty your wallet fast. I stuffed a few beach-friendly snacks in my bag and saved a ton!
Seseh Beach

I suggest hitting Seseh Beach early in the morning, around 7 AM. The vibe is serene, perfect for some nice photos without the crowds. Plus, you might catch a stunning sunrise.

i recommend checking the tides before you go. the beach can get really narrow during high tide which isn’t great for lounging or walking. i learned this the hard way!

My advice is to bring some snacks or drinks. There are a couple of local warungs nearby, but they can get pricey. A packed picnic made my day way smoother!
Pantai Munggu

Check out the beach on weekdays! I went on a Saturday and it was super crowded. The peaceful vibe on a Monday was way better for relaxing.
Nelayan Beach

Check out the sunset at Nelayan Beach around 6 PM – it's absolutely stunning. Bring a blanket and some snacks to really make it a chill experience. I wish I had brought a speaker for some tunes.
Canggu Beach

I suggest hitting the beach around 5 PM if you want to catch those gorgeous sunsets without the crowds. Trust me, it's the perfect time for photos!

My advice is to grab a local warung meal instead of fancy restaurants. You'll save a ton and the street food is so much more authentic and delicious!
