My advice is to take a stroll along the promenade. It's a lovely walk where you’ll discover some cute cafes and shops that won’t break the bank.

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. Buying food on the beach can be pricey, and I ended up spending way too much on a sandwich and water!

Don't forget sunscreen. I skipped it thinking I’d be fine, but got burned way too quickly. Just trust me on this – you'll thank yourself later.

I recommend checking the wind conditions before you go. It can get pretty breezy, which is nice for sunbathing but not so good if you're planning to swim

If you're planning to grab food, hit up the local eateries behind the beach instead of the overpriced beach shacks. Much better food and way cheaper!

Be sure to bring your own snacks and drinks. I spent way too much at the beach bars for some chips and soda. You can save euros like this!

Grab some snacks and drinks from a nearby supermarket before hitting the beach. I found the prices at the beachside cafes a bit steep. Bringing your own stuff saved me a good chunk of cash.

If you're looking to save some cash, consider avoiding the water sports rentals unless you're really set on trying them out. They can add up quickly, and the beach itself is more than enough fun.
