Bring some water and snacks. It can get super hot inside, and there aren’t many places right next to the castle to grab something quick.

Arrive right when it opens at 9 AM; I found the first hour was much quieter, and I could take all the photos without the crowds. It was honestly more relaxing!

Check the schedule for any special exhibitions or events; I accidentally went on a day when they had a neat historical reenactment, and it made my visit so much more fun!

If you’re tight on time, just focus on the main halls and the courtyard. I spent too long exploring every little room but realized I wasn’t going to finish everything I wanted to see.

I suggest wearing comfortable shoes because there's a bit of walking and some uneven surfaces, especially if you want to check out all the corners of the castle. My feet were sore afterward!

Don’t forget to look around the museum inside – it’s small, but really interesting! I almost skipped it, thinking it wouldn’t be worth it, but I ended up loving it and learned a ton
