My advice is to take a moment to really observe the details of the mosque’s architecture. I rushed through and wish I had spent more time soaking it all in.

If you're into photography, try visiting at dusk. The lighting is magical and I think you'll get some beautiful shots of the architecture.

Don’t pay for a guided tour unless you want tips on the history. The signs around the mosque give you enough info for free, trust me on that!

I suggest visiting early in the morning, around 8 AM. The morning sun hitting the mosque is stunning and it’s way less crowded.
