Chapultepec

Don’t be tight with your time! Plan to spend a whole day there. I thought I could squeeze it into half a day, but left feeling rushed. Just relax and enjoy!

Check out the lakes but bring your own snacks! I bought overpriced chips from a vendor, and it wasn’t worth it. Relax by the water with a picnic instead.

I suggest getting an Uber to the park rather than parking nearby. The parking situation looked chaotic, and it’s easier to just get dropped off at the entrance.

When you’re exploring, take some time to wander off the main paths. I found some hidden gems and really cool art that aren’t on the main routes. Definitely worth it!
Alameda Park
Try to catch a live music performance if you can. I stumbled upon one and it really added an awesome vibe to the park. Just check the schedule, so you don’t miss out!
Bring a book or a sketchpad! The surroundings are just so charming that it’s a perfect spot to relax and let your creativity flow, plus it's free!

I recommend visiting the park early in the morning around 7 AM. It's much quieter, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and get some great photos without all the crowds.

My advice is to take a leisurely stroll by the fountains. They’re not just pretty, they also provide a nice break; just don’t sit too long, or you'll miss out on the whole park!
La Mexicana Park

Look for the little art installations scattered around; they’re cool spots for photos and add a unique touch to the park.

Wear comfortable shoes! The park is bigger than you might expect, and you don’t wanna be limping back to your car like I was.

If you plan to rent a bike, go for the electric ones. They’re only 20 pesos more and save you a ton of energy, especially if you wanna explore it all.
Undido Park

I suggest visiting in the early morning around 8 AM when it’s cooler and less crowded. You get to enjoy the beauty of the park with fewer people blocking your view.

I recommend bringing a portable charger for your phone. You’ll want to snap pics and check maps, but the park has limited charging stations.

I think it’s smart to check out the food stalls outside the park. They offer delish local snacks, way cheaper than what's available inside!
Lincoln Park

I suggest bringing snacks and drinks since the cafes inside can be a bit pricey. Grab some local treats beforehand for a budget-friendly picnic!

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes; the park is bigger than it looks, and you'll want to explore all the corners without your feet hurting!
La Marquesa

Eating at the local food stalls was a highlight! I recommend trying the quesadillas, they were delicious and really cheap... Don't miss out!

Wear comfortable shoes, you'll end up doing a lot of walking! I was totally unprepared and my feet hurt like crazy by the end of the day.
