Make sure to wear comfy shoes! The fortress has a few uneven paths and stairs. My feet were killing me by the end, so I wish I'd thought of that first!

Check the weather before you go. I didn't, and ended up caught in a rainstorm. An umbrella or a light raincoat would’ve made my experience so much nicer.
