Ultimate Trolley Beach

Bring your own snacks and drinks to save money. I was surprised at how pricy the beachside vendors were. A cooler isn’t allowed, so just pack a small tote with goodies!

Check the weather before you go! I didn't, and a sudden rain storm caught me off guard. If the forecast looks iffy, maybe plan for an indoor activity instead.
El Escambron Beach

My advice is to wear reef-safe sunscreen. You'll want to protect both your skin and the local marine life!

For a tasty bite, check out the food truck near the entrance. I had a chimi burger and it was killer.

Bring your own snorkel gear if you can! I saw so many colorful fish without having to rent gear.
Hobie Beach

i suggest checking out the local food trucks just a bit away from the beach. the food is delicious and usually way cheaper than the restaurants nearby; you'll get a better taste of local flavors!

My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. The beach vendors can be pricey, and you'll find it way more chill having your own picnic vibe
Luquillo Beach

Bring some cash for the beach vendors and kiosks. I thought they’d take cards everywhere, but some only accepted cash and I had a bit of an awkward moment!

For a extra comfy day, I suggest bringing your own beach chair or mat. Rentals were kinda pricey compared to just tossing a towel down.

If you plan on swimming, check the water conditions first. I found the waves a bit rough on my visit, so I had to be careful, but it was still fun!
County Beach

I suggest wearing water shoes if you plan to explore the rocky areas. I slipped a few times on sharp rocks, and it wasn’t fun. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. The beachside vendors can be pricey, and trust me, you'll want to save your cash for other fun stuff!
