If you can, try to visit on a weekday morning, like a Tuesday at around 10 AM. The crowds are less intense and you'll get a better chance to enjoy the artworks without feeling rushed.

My advice is to prioritize the rooms you really want to see first—it's huge! I ended up spending too much time in some rooms and missed others on my list because I got side-tracked.
