Kaaba
Al Haram Mosque

If you plan on shopping, don’t waste your money at the stalls inside the mosque. Head outside to local markets where prices are way better and you can haggle a bit.

Make use of the benches available around the mosque to relax and people-watch. It’s a unique experience and gives your feet a break after walking around.

I found it helpful to wear comfortable shoes. You’ll be doing a lot of walking, so having supportive footwear makes a huge difference.

Always carry a water bottle. You'll want to stay hydrated, especially when it gets hot, and buying water inside can be a bit pricey.
Safa and Marwa
Zamzam
Abraj Al Beit

Download a navigation app or grab a map; the layout of the complex can be confusing, and it helped me find my way around without feeling lost or wasting time.

If you're planning to visit during peak times, consider going mid-week instead of the weekend. It's way less crowded and you can appreciate the stunning architecture without feeling rushed.

Consider going into the mall at the base for some food. I found a decent eatery where prices were reasonable, and it’s a great place to cool off if the heat gets to you.

Remember to dress modestly, but keep an eye on the weather. The roof can get hot, so bring a hat and sunscreen; trust me, it'll make all the difference!
Abraj Al-Bait Tower

If you can, try to visit on a weekday. I went on a Saturday and it was packed! You’ll enjoy a much more relaxed experience when it’s quieter.
I think it's worth checking out the shopping mall inside Abraj Al-Bait. Some stores have great deals, and it's nice to escape the heat for a bit!

My advice is to bring some snacks and water. The food prices nearby can be a bit steep, and you'll want to save some cash for souvenirs instead.

I suggest checking out the view from the observation deck at sunset. It’s absolutely stunning! Just get there around 5 PM to grab a good spot before it gets crowded.
