I recommend visiting around 10 AM. It’s less crowded then, and you can get some nice shots without people in the background. Plus, the light is perfect for photos!

I suggest looking for street parking in the nearby area rather than the main lot. It's often free and you can find a spot easily if you arrive by 9 AM.
