Nuestra Signora del Pilar
Piedra Monastery

The little café on site is nice, but I recommend eating before you come... I found the prices to be a bit steep for what you get inside... Pack a picnic for the grounds instead!

Make sure to grab a good pair of walking shoes; the paths can be a bit uneven. I saw some folks struggling with flip-flops, and trust me, it's not worth it!

If you want to save some cash, check the ticket prices online before you go. Sometimes there's a discount for booking in advance; it worked out great for me!

I suggest visiting on a weekday if you can; it was way less crowded for me, and I could savor the beauty of the place. Weekends can get pretty busy!
Alhaferia

I really recommend getting there as soon as it opens at 10 AM. It’s way less crowded, and you can snap those envy-inducing photos without other tourists in the way.
If you can, try to visit during a weekday. Saturdays can get super busy, and I found it tough to enjoy the beauty of the place with all the noise and lines.

Bring a bottle of water with you! There’re not a ton of places to grab a drink nearby and you’ll want to stay hydrated while exploring those stunning grounds.

I think it’s a good idea to download an audio guide or look up a quick history overview before you visit. It made the architecture way more interesting than just wandering around.
Plaza of Our Lady of the Pillar
Stone Bridge
Market Central de Zaragoza
Cathedral of the Savior

I recommend going on a weekday if you can. The crowds can get pretty crazy on weekends, and you'll have a much better time exploring without bumping into people everywhere.

Be ready for some stairs. The climb up to the bell tower is totally worth it for the views, but it's a workout, so wear comfy shoes
Gate of Carmen
CaixaForum Zaragoza

If you’re planning to visit the nearby parks, I think it’s a great idea to combine them after the museum for a full day out. Just wear comfy shoes!

Try to go around 10 AM when it opens. The crowd is thinner, and you get to explore more freely. I hate when it feels rushed!
