Top Surfing in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

If you're into surfing, check out Playa de la LaTejita. The waves are great and there's less crowd compared to other spots, plus it's free! Just be careful with your stuff, as I had my towel 'borrowed' once.

I recommend visiting Playa de las Teresitas early in the morning, around 8 AM. The golden sand and calm waters are perfect for a chill beach day before the tourists arrive.

If you want to get great surf lessons, look for local schools rather than big brands... I got a fantastic deal with a small surf shop that wasn't on the main tourist radar - way more personalized!
