Try to avoid visiting on weekends if you can. I was packed in like sardines and couldn’t get good pictures. Weekdays are way less crowded!
Mila's House
Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia
Don't forget to check the schedule for the mass. I stumbled upon a service and it added a special vibe to my visit, even though I didn't plan for it.
Triumphal Arch
I suggest visiting early in the morning, like around 9 AM. You'll find fewer crowds, which means better photos without random people in the background.
I thought the architecture was stunning, but some areas around the arch can be tricky to spot, so keep your eyes peeled for the small paths that lead to it!
Palace of Catalan Music
Santa Maria del Mar
I think if you're into history, spend some time reading up on its backstory. Knowing about the church's construction and role in the community really enhances the experience. I wish I had prepped more!
My suggestion is to be mindful of Mass timings if you want to avoid disruptions. They often have services that can limit visitor access, so it’s worth checking the schedule beforehand
