I suggest going on a weekday if possible. The place was much less crowded when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon, so I could take my time to soak in the stunning details without feeling rushed. It's also a great time for photos!

I recommend checking out local cafes nearby for lunch instead of eating there. You'll find cheaper and more authentic food just a few minutes away, and it’s totally worth the stroll.

Don't skip the rooftop terrace! It's got stunning views of Stone Town, but it can get really hot. My advice is to go up early in the morning or just before sunset for the best experience.

If you can, visit during the week, I was there on a Saturday and it was pretty crowded. You'll have more space to enjoy the museum and take pics without too many people in the shot.
