Try to catch the evening call to prayer when you’re there. The atmosphere is amazing and gives you a true sense of the place – just magical!
Sultan Bayezid II Medical Museum
Check the museum's website for special exhibit days. I stumbled upon a cool temporary exhibition that I probably would have missed otherwise.
Meric Bridge
Daru-l Hadis Mosque
Karaagac Train Station
My advice is to bring some snacks. The nearby cafes are a bit pricey and can time-consuming if you're in a hurry
I suggest visiting in the morning around 9 a.m. It's less crowded and you'll have the whole place to yourself for some great photos!
Lausanne Monument
The Muradiye Mosque
i suggest visiting around 4 pm when the light hits the mosque beautifully and you can avoid the crowds. it really enhances the whole experience! plus, you’ll get some great photos without too many people in the way.
Turkish & Islamic Art Museum
If you're on a budget, consider visiting on a Wednesday. They often have discounted entry fees on weekdays, which saved me a bit of cash while exploring the beautiful collections.
Great Synagogue Edirne
Edirne City Museum
My advice is to grab the museum's brochure for a small fee. It has amazing insights and stories that you won’t find online. I totally enjoyed those little tidbits that made the visit more special!
