I suggest visiting the mosque early in the morning, around 9 am. It's way less crowded then, so you can really soak in the beautiful details without rushing. Plus, the soft morning light is perfect for photos!

I recommend carrying some small change to tip the local guides or for buying snacks nearby. It’s a great way to support the community, and I wish I had done that instead of just using cards everywhere
