I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks, especially water. The hut charges a bit for food, and having your own stuff can really save some cash and keep you energized for exploring.

my advice is to go during the week if you can, like tuesday or wednesday. the crowds were way lighter then, making the hike up to the hut so much more enjoyable.
