Wear comfy shoes! You’ll be walking around a lot, and there’s plenty to see. I learned that the hard way after a few hours of strolling around.

Bring some water and maybe a snack – there aren’t many places inside to grab a bite and you’ll want to stay hydrated while exploring all that stunning art.

Don’t feel rushed! Take your time to read about the murals and artists. I found little details within the art that you might miss if you hurry through it

I strongly suggest going early in the morning, around 9 AM, when it’s less crowded and the light is perfect for photos. You’ll almost have the place to yourself!
Bayside Marketplace

Don't forget to explore beyond the obvious shops. I stumbled upon some really cool street performers and art installations that made my visit way more memorable.

I think you should try to go on a weekday instead of the weekend. It was way less crowded when I visited on a Thursday morning, making it easier to explore the shops and grab some food.

I suggest taking a break at one of the waterfront seating areas. Just chilling out and people-watching for a bit really elevated my experience.

I recommend bringing a light jacket if you're planning to sit outside. The breeze off the water can get chilly, especially around sunset.
Vizcaya Museum & Gardens

I recommend getting there right when they open at 9:30 AM... The gardens are super peaceful in the morning and you can take your time without the crowds

I would recommend bringing a picnic to enjoy in the gardens. There are great spots with views, and it's a nice way to take a break among the beauty.

My tip is to take the self-guided audio tour. It gives you a lot of great info without having to stick to a guide's schedule. Just plug in and explore!

I think you should check out the museum's special events calendar before your visit. Sometimes there are free admission days or special exhibits that are pretty cool!
Perez Art Museum

Grab a map at the entrance; it’s super helpful. I didn’t take one and wandered a bit aimlessly. The layout is nice, but having a map really helped me not miss any key exhibits next time!

Check out the museum's café for a light snack. The views from the terrace are stunning and really make for a nice break during your visit. I regret not grabbing a coffee to enjoy while taking in the scenery!

If you're into art, take your time with the installations in the outdoor areas. I rushed through them and later realized I missed some incredible pieces. Give yourself at least an extra hour to explore those outdoor displays.
Miami Art Museum

If you're into photography, I suggest you capture the outdoor installations first thing in the morning. The light is magical, and it won't be too crowded then!

Don't skip the gift shop! I found some unique art pieces and gifts that were actually affordable. Perfect souvenirs without breaking the bank.

Grab a snack at the café before you head in. The food is decent and gives you a nice break, especially if you're planning to spend a few hours exploring.
Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach

I recommend visiting on a weekday, as it gets quite busy on weekends. I went on a Wednesday morning, and it was peaceful and allowed me to take it all in.

My advice is to bring water and wear comfy shoes. There's a lot to take in and you might want to stroll around the gardens afterwards.

Definitely check out the interactive exhibits; I found them really moving and informative. It made my experience so much richer than just walking around.

If you can, buy your tickets online ahead of time. I thought buying them at the door would be quicker, but there was a long line on weekends!
Calle Ocho Walk of Fame

Keep an eye out for the street performances, they really add to the festive vibe! I didn't know about them and missed out. Next time, I'll plan to stay longer to enjoy the shows.

Check out the tiles with the artists' names – it's super cool to see who has made an impact in Latin music. I had a great time snapping pics for my friends. Don't rush it, take your time here.

I suggest grabbing a snack at one of the local cafes nearby, like La Carreta. The food is delicious, and it's a great way to take a break from walking around
Cape Florida Lighthouse

My advice is to bring a few snacks and water. The little concession stand was packed and the prices were pretty high. A simple picnic on the beach is a great way to save some bucks!

I think visiting during a weekday is the way to go. I went on a Saturday and it was packed! More peaple meant longer waits and less space to roam around. Trust me, you'll enjoy it way more.
Park Museum

i suggest hitting up the museum right when it opens at 10 am. it was way less crowded, and we got to check out the exhibits at our own pace without feeling rushed.
