I suggest visiting early, like around 9 AM. It gets busy later, and you'll have more time to explore and take photos without too many people around

I think it's best to visit the 99 Steps in the early morning, around 8 AM, when it's cooler and less crowded. You’ll get better photos without a bunch of people in the way!

If you can, visit on a weekday morning. I went on Saturday, and it was packed! The quieter setting really lets you soak in the history.

My advice is to ask the staff any questions you have—they're super friendly and can share some cool stories that you won't find in the exhibits

Make sure to set aside some time to explore the surrounding gardens and trails. I almost missed them and they were a great and peaceful addition to my visit!
