I suggest bringing some snacks and water. There aren't many places to grab a bite on the top, and we ended up wishing we had something to munch on while enjoying the scenery.

Check out the sunset view from the castle ramparts around 6 PM. It’s breathtaking and the crowds thin out, so you can enjoy the moment peacefully without too many people around.

Make sure to wear comfy shoes! The castle has some steep paths and cobblestone streets, so you'll want to feel good while exploring those stunning views... I regretted my choice of sandals!

If you're on a budget, consider visiting on a weekday. We saved a fair bit on entry fees when we went on a Tuesday instead of the weekend!

If you can, avoid weekends. It gets super busy and you won't have the castle to yourself. I went on a Sunday and ended up waiting in line just to get in, which kinda ruined the vibe for me.

Bring some snacks and lots of water. There's no café nearby, and the little hike might tire you out. I made the mistake of going unprepared and regretted it.

I recommend visiting Rozafa Castle in the early morning around 9 AM. It's less crowded then, and you can really enjoy the views without the hustle and bustle. Trust me, the sunrise is stunning from up there!

If you want to save some cash grab snacks from local shops before entering. The little cafes inside can be a bit pricey. I got a great sandwich outside and it was much better than what I found inside!
