My advice is to bring your own petanque balls if you have them. Renting can add up and it’s way more fun to use your own gear.

I suggest visiting during the early morning, like around 8 AM. It's cooler, and you can snag a good spot to start your games without the big crowds.

Bring some cash. While there are nearby ATMs, they're not always reliable, and cash is king for renting boules or getting snacks from local vendors.
