I think it's better to do the tours earlier in the day. We waited until the afternoon and ended up missing some attractions because of time constraints.

I suggest arriving around 10 AM to avoid the crowds and get the first choice of tastings. We got to enjoy a really relaxed atmosphere before the tour buses arrived.

My advice is to visit on a weekday if you can. The weekends were super crowded, and it made the experience a bit rushed. Weekdays felt more intimate.
