My advice is to bring your own snacks. The food there is a bit pricey for what you get, and there are awesome picnic areas to enjoy your food.
If you're planning to hike in the area after your spa day, wear your hike gear. The mountains are beautiful but can be tough if you're not prepared.
I recommend arriving right when they open at 9 AM. The pools are less crowded and you can snag a good spot. Plus, the morning light on the mountains is stunning!

I recommend booking a massage in advance; the slots fill up fast, and you don’t want to miss out on a great relaxing experience. I was lucky to grab one last minute, but it’s better to play it safe!
I think bringing your own towels can save you a few bucks since they charge for rentals. I took my fluffy towel and it was way comfier than the stuff they offer.
my advice is to check their deals on mondays and tuesdays. i found the prices much cheaper then, and the place wasn’t as packed, so i enjoyed more privacy.
If you decide to go for a sauna session, definitely stay hydrated. I made the mistake of not drinking enough water, and it hit me pretty hard. Keep a bottle handy!
