I suggest packing a picnic! There are lovely grassy spots by the lake, and it’s a perfect way to enjoy the scenery without spending too much at eateries nearby. Plus, the views are fabulous!

i recommend renting a bike to explore the lake. it’s only around $10 for a couple of hours and you’ll cover more ground than walking, plus it’s super fun

I think you'll have a better time if you visit on weekdays instead of weekends. It's way less crowded, and you can really soak in the tranquility of the lake and the surrounding park.

my advice is to wear comfortable shoes if you plan to walk the whole track. i wasn't prepared and ended up with sore feet after exploring! also don’t forget your camera – the sunsets here are stunning!
