I recommend bringing some snacks and water. There’s not much around the falls, and I ended up wishing I had packed a little picnic to enjoy the view!

My advice is to wear sturdy shoes. I underestimated how slippery the paths could get near the viewing platforms and one wrong step could end up being a wet one!

I suggest checking the weather before you head out. I went on a rainy day and missed the falls in all their glory. A sunny day will really make the colors pop!
