If you're renting equipment, check online deals beforehand. I found a rental shop in Kaprun that had better prices than the ones on the mountain.

Bring your own lunch or snacks to save money on food. The mountain restaurants are pricey, and I was shocked by the meal costs!
Parkour Austria

I recommend you check their schedule for beginner classes before going. I went on a weekend and they were fully booked! It would have saved me some waiting time.

If you're planning to buy gear, look online first. I thought I could find some bargains there, but prices were higher than what I found on Amazon.
Family Park Agrarium GmbH

Bring extra clothes if you’re planning on Water Zorbing. It’s a blast but you’ll get soaked, and there's really no way around it!

If you can, buy tickets online in advance. It saved me some cash and I just breezed through the entrance without hassle!

I suggest visiting on a weekday if you can. The crowds are way lighter, and you won't spend half your day waiting in line for the Zorbing.
Skigebiet Nauders

Check out the local shops for ski gear rentals instead of the big resort places; I saved a ton and got better service. Just make sure to book in advance, as the good stuff goes fast!

I suggest packing a lunch or snacks for the hill. The food options are pricey and not that great if you're out all day. A sandwich goes a long way!

If you're planning on snowkiting, try to hit the slopes before 10 AM. The snow is way better, plus you dodge the crowds. Midday is a mess with lessons and all that!

Don't forget to recharge your devices at the ski huts; I missed some stunning photo ops because my phone died. Also, the WiFi can be spotty, so be prepared!
Riding Koaser Minerl
Eisriesenwelt Ice Cave

Don't skip the hike to the entrance! It's beautiful and really sets the mood. Just wear good shoes, because it can get slippery.

I recommend grabbing some snacks at the café before the tour. Food is pretty pricey up there, and you’re gonna want some energy for the walk back.

Check the weather! It can get freezing in the cave compared to outside, so layering up is a smart move. I had to borrow a jacket from my friend!

Be ready for a bit of a wait if you’re going in peak season. We went at 10 AM and it was packed! Maybe coming around 4 PM would give you shorter lines.
Danube Tower

For the best views, try to visit right before sunset. The golden hour makes everything look magical, plus you'll get to see the city lit up as evening falls.

Consider grabbing coffee or a snack at the café on the observation deck. The prices are a tad high, but the views while you sip your drink are totally worth it.

If you're a thrill-seeker, I recommend trying the bungee jumping. It's a unique experience, but be prepared for the adrenaline rush. It's not for the faint-hearted!

Check out the rotating restaurant if you have time. I didn't go because I thought it was too pricey, but I've read the views while dining are unbeatable.
Silvretta Arena
Ski & Leisure Arena Bergeralm

I recommend getting a ski pass for multiple days if you’re planning to stay longer. It saves you a decent amount compared to day passes – I learned that the hard way on my first trip!
