I think visiting during the off-peak season makes for a much more relaxing experience. The place is way calmer and you can enjoy the facilities without all the crowds.
I suggest checking out the afternoon happy hours; they really save you some cash on entry fees and drinks. I ended up getting a great deal around 3 PM!
If you're planning to try out the sauna sessions, I recommend going on a weekday... It’s way less crowded and you can fully enjoy the experience without the rush

Don’t forget your flip-flops; the floors can get really hot, and it's a must for hygiene!
Look out for any special deals on weekdays - I went on a Tuesday and got a great price on my entry!
Take advantage of the relaxation areas between treatments. I found it really helpful to chill out and sip on herbal tea before my next session.
Definitely try to book your treatments in advance, especially during weekends. I didn’t, and it was fully booked when I arrived.
