If you can, arrive around 3 PM. The place wasn’t too crowded then, and we had more time to chat with the staff and soaked in the atmosphere.

I suggest booking your tour in advance, especially during peak season. I didn't and ended up waiting an extra hour, which was a bit frustrating!

My advice is to try the tasting flights. They give you a nice variety without breaking the bank. I think it’s a way better deal than just ordering cocktails.

Bring some cash. The little gift shop has cool stuff and they often don’t take cards. I regretted not picking up a souvenir because I didn’t have enough money with me.
