If you're renting gear, I suggest hitting up the rental shop right at the base. The staff are really friendly and I found their prices much better than those at the big stores in town.

Don't forget to bring cash! A lot of smaller places in Mozyr don’t accept cards, and I found myself scrambling to find an ATM before grabbing a hot chocolate after skiing.

My advice is to hit the slopes early, around 8:30 AM. The snow is much better before all the crowds show up. Last time, I regretted sleeping in!

If you're renting gear, I suggest checking out local shops off the main street. They often have better prices and more personalized service. I got a great deal and saved a bunch!
