Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War

Save some cash by bringing your own snacks. The café is nice, but prices are a bit steep. I regretted not packing something for a quick bite!

I think the audio guides are pretty handy! They really enhance the experience, and you can go at your own pace. Just rent them at the entrance; it’s totally worth it.

I suggest starting with the temporary exhibits first. They tend to get busier during the day, and you don’t want to miss out on those unique displays.

Make sure to check out the gift shop before you leave. I almost missed it; they have some really unique items related to the history here, perfect for souvenirs.
The Historical and Cultural Complex Stalin Line

My advice is to bring your own snacks and water. The food options there are limited and a bit pricey for what you get
Dudutki Museum Complex

If you’re traveling with kids, budget a bit more for some hands-on activities like pottery or weaving. They are totally worth it and keep the little ones entertained!

Get to Dudutki early, I suggest around 10 AM. It’s way less crowded, and you get more time to explore the crafts before the tour groups arrive

Be sure to wear comfy shoes! The paths can get a bit uneven, and you’ll want to stroll around the outdoor exhibits without worrying about your feet!
National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus

My advice is to check out the museum shop before you leave. They have unique souvenirs that you won’t find elsewhere and prices are pretty reasonable. Plus it supports local artists!

If you want to beat the crowds, try going around 3 PM. I went around that time and had plenty of space to enjoy the exhibits without feeling rushed or cramped
Museum of Defense of The Brest Fortress

I suggest taking the audio guide if you can, it really brings the exhibits to life! I missed out by not getting one, and I think it would have made the experience much more engaging

My advice is to wear comfy shoes. The fortress is huge and you'll be doing a lot of walking. I regretted it when my feet started to ache halfway through.

I think visiting early in the morning, around 9 AM, is a great idea! It’s way less crowded, and you get a chance to really take in the history without feeling rushed. Plus, you'll grab the best parking spots!

I recommend packing some snacks and water. There are limited options inside and it can get pretty pricey. I ended up looking for food in a hurry instead of enjoying the exhibits!
