Don't forget to charge your phone or bring a camera! The photos I snapped were amazing, but my battery died halfway through the day.

My advice is to wear comfy shoes. The paths are pretty long, and I felt exhausted by the end. Or, you can bring a picnic and have a break.

I suggest looking for discount coupons online before you go. I managed to save a few euros, which was great for grabbing a snack later!

Try to visit early, like around 9 AM, to beat the crowds. I found that some of the animals were super active and it was way quieter then!
En Sur Les

I recommend booking your tickets online if you can. It saves you from standing in long lines, especially on weekends! I waited almost 30 mins just to get in, which was a bummer.
I suggest taking your time to enjoy the guided tour. It was a bit longer than I expected, but the stories and history made it totally worth it. You don't wanna miss out on all the cool facts!
Park Senkantener

If you're into photography, I recommend heading there around 5 PM for the golden hour. The lighting is magical, especially near the fountains!

Plan to visit during weekdays if you can; it’s less crowded and much more peaceful. I found weekends to be a bit hectic with families.

I suggest bringing a picnic! There are plenty of green spaces to chill out, and grabbing some treats at a local bakery will save you money compared to dining out.
Cumbre Nature Reserve

If you're an animal lover, keep your eyes peeled for wildlife. I spotted a couple of deer! Just be ready to stop and wait patiently, though.

If you're planning to visit, I suggest going early, like around 8 am. You'll avoid the crowds and can enjoy the serenity of nature; perfect for some quiet time
Antwerp Zoo
Minnewaterpark

If you want to avoid crowds, try visiting around 8 AM. The sunrise views are stunning and you get the place almost to yourself—just be ready for some cool morning air.

Make sure to wear comfy shoes. The paths can get a bit uneven, and you'll want to stroll around without hurting your feet. I learned that the hard way!
Koningin Astridpark

Look out for the free events or performances that happen regularly in the park. I was lucky and stumbled upon a lovely music performance during my visit!

If you can, visit in the early morning around 8 AM. The park is really tranquil then, perfect for taking photos or just enjoying a quiet moment.
Lake of Love
Royal Greenhouses

My advice is to check the entrance fee before you go, because it might change. I found out it was a bit more than I expected, so plan accordingly.
