I think checking out the schedule for feeding times can really enhance your visit. I missed out on the goat feeding and it looked so cute!

I suggest bringing a packed lunch. There are some cute picnic spots, and food inside is pretty overpriced. I wish I'd saved more by doing this!

My advice is to come during weekday mornings like around 10 am. It’s way less crowded and you can enjoy the animals without feeling rushed.

I really enjoyed the farm but make sure to wear comfy shoes, cause you'll be walking a lot! The paths can be uneven in spots, so just be ready
Edmonton Valley Zoo

I think you should take advantage of their family pass if you're going with kids. It definitely saved me some cash and allowed for multiple visits during the year!
Beacon Hill Children's Farm

My advice is to bring some cash for the feed. The animals love it and it's a fun activity for kids! I made the mistake of only bringing my credit card and missed out.

I suggest going on a weekday if you can. It's way less crowded, and you get to spend more time with the animals without the chaos. We went on a Tuesday and it was super chill

I recommend packing a picnic for the visit. There are lovely spots to eat, and you'll save some money rather than getting food from the snacks stand. Plus, the views are just lovely!
Victoria Bug Zoo

I sugggest going right when they open at 10 AM to beat the crowds and have more personal time with the bugs. It's way less hectic and gives you a better chance to ask questions.
High Park Zu

I suggest visiting right when it opens at 10 AM. The crowds are way smaller, and you can explore without feeling rushed. Plus, the animals are often more active in the morning.
