Try to avoid weekends if you can. We went on a Saturday and the lines were super long. A weekday visit could make things so much easier.

I suggest checking the weather before your visit. I went on a cloudy day and missed out on some amazing views! Sunshine makes a huge difference!

Don’t forget to wear good shoes! The trails can get slippery, especially on rainy days. I slipped a couple of times and it was not fun!

Try to visit on a weekday if you can. The weekends can get super packed, making the whole experience feel rushed and not as enjoyable. I loved my quiet weekday visit.

Don’t miss out on the hike on top! The boardwalk around the summit is gorgeous, and it’s a perfect way to stretch your legs after the ride; get that fresh mountain air!

If you can, go on a weekday around 4 PM to avoid the weekend rush. It’s much quieter and you can really relax and enjoy your cigar without the crowd.
