Zhangjiajie
Beihai Park
I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. The food stalls can be pricey and some of the options aren’t that great, plus you’ll save some cash!
I recommend visiting on a weekday morning around 9 AM. The park is way less crowded then, and you can really enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the gardens.
If you want some great photos, try to visit during golden hour before sunset. The park's lighting is stunning at that time!
Shenzhen Central Park
Kowloon Walled City Park
I suggest bringing some snacks and water. There aren't many food options nearby, so you can save some cash and still enjoy a nice break in the park.
I think the best time to visit is around 8 AM before the crowds hit. You'll get great photos with soft morning light and can enjoy the peaceful vibe of the park
My advice is to download a map of the park beforehand. I got a bit lost trying to find the historical landmarks, and a little prep would've made it easier!
Jiuzhaigou National Park
My advice is to bring your own snacks and water. Food in the park can be pricey, and trust me, you'll want to fuel up while soaking in those gorgeous views. I spent more on lunch than I thought I'd need!
Shenzhen Bay Park
Hong Kong Park
Zhangye Danxia Geopark
I recommend bringing a good pair of hiking shoes. The park has some uneven terrain, which can be tough without proper footwear. Trust me, my flip-flops were a bad idea!
Lianhuashan Park
Don't pay for the overpriced food stalls inside the park! Bring your own snacks or grab something from nearby shops before you go in. Trust me, you'll save a ton and enjoy it more!
Lizhi Park
I suggest bringing a picnic. The park has lovely spots to sit and chill, plus the food inside can be a bit pricey. I brought my own snacks and it was totally worth it
My advice is to check the weather before you go. I went on a cloudy day thinking it would be cooler, but it rained! A little sunshine makes the park so much better.
