my advice is to visit around 9 am. the colors of the coral and fish are brightest then, plus there are fewer people around. i found it much easier to enjoy without the crowds bumping elbows with me.

My advice is to go in the morning, like around 9 AM. The water's calm and the visibility is great, plus you'll avoid the bigger crowds that come in later. Trust me, it made a huge difference!
