If you can, skip the restaurant inside and bring some snacks or a light meal. The food is okay but you can save money and enjoy a picnic by the springs instead

Check out the smaller pools first. I found the bigger ones were too crowded at times, and the quieter spots were way more relaxing.

Bring some snacks and drinks with you! The food in the area can be pricey and having a little picnic while soaking is a great way to save money and enjoy the vibes.

Massages

I suggest opting for the 90-minute massage instead of the 60-minute one. It felt way too short, and I could have used the extra time to really unwind.

Book your massage a day in advance, especially if you want a specific therapist. I tried to walk in, but they were fully booked!

Bring cash! They do accept cards, but you might get a little discount if you pay in cash. I wish I had known that earlier.

I think it’s worth it to rent a scooter for a day. It’s a fun way to explore Santa Teresa, and you can find some hidden beaches that are way less crowded

My advice is to bring cash. Some local places don’t take cards, and you might end up missing out on delicious food if you can't pay!
