The Walls of Dubrovnik
Don’t forget your camera, but also consider using binoculars! Some of the views are amazing for photography, but looking out at a distance is also super cool!
I suggest starting your visit around 8 AM to beat the crowds and enjoy the views without too many people around. Trust me, it makes a huge difference!
Don't forget to wear comfy shoes! The walls can get slippery and you'll want to stroll around for a while without your feet hurting.
take your time exploring the little nooks and crannies! i rushed through and missed some really cool little details on the walls, which was a bummer
Trsat Fortress
Check out the art gallery inside the fortress; it was a surprise find! I didn't expect much, but it had some cool local pieces that were worth seeing. Plus, it was a nice break from the heat!
I suggest visiting on a weekday if you can. The weekend crowds were a bit overwhelming— we had to wait for the best photo spots and it made the experience feel rushed. Much calmer on weekdays!
Lovrienets
Klis Fortress
I suggest grabbing a bite at a local eatery before heading up to the fortress. I found some great places in the area and it saved me a bit of cash compared to eating inside the fortress!
If you can go around 10 AM. The light for photos is amazing and it’s less crowded. Don’t rush take your time exploring the views are breathtaking!
