I suggest packing a good pair of hiking shoes - the terrain can be pretty rocky and I saw a couple of folks struggling in flip flops. Trust me, your feet will thank you.

I think you should take your time and explore the side trails. We stumbled upon some hidden spots that weren't in the guides, and it made our trip so much more special!

I recommend visiting around 9 AM if possible. We started then and it wasn't too crowded, plus the morning light made the gorge look spectacular.

If you're planning to take ski lessons, book them online ahead of time. I didn’t and ended up missing out on a spot during peak times. Lesson learned!
