I recommend downloading the app for the museum. It helped me learn about each exhibit without being tied to a guide. Super handy for wandering at your own pace!
I suggest checking out the discounted family tickets if you're bringing a crew. They saved me a bunch, and it's a fun outing for all ages!

Make sure to stroll through the outdoor area before heading inside. The views are stunning and give you great photo ops, plus it's quieter in the morning
Science museum АHHАА

Make sure to set aside a couple of hours for the planetarium show; it blew my mind! I almost skipped it thinking I wouldn’t enjoy it.
Estonian National Museum

I recommend getting there right when they open at 10 AM to avoid the crowds. We had the place almost to ourselves for a good hour!

I suggest using the audio guide. It’s super informative and really helped us understand the exhibits better. Just don’t forget your headphones!

My advice is to check if there are any temporary exhibitions before your visit. We missed out on a cool one because we didn’t look ahead!
Kadriorg Art Museum

If you're into photography, try to go around 1 PM when the light is perfect for photos of the exterior. The architecture is super photogenic!

I suggest you download a museum app if they have one. It makes the tour way more interactive and you won't miss any of the cool details in the artworks!

My advice is to grab a snack in the cafe beforehand. The prices are reasonable, and the views of the gardens are just stunning while you munch!

My tip is to wear comfy shoes! The museum has a lot of ground to cover and you don't want sore feet to ruin your art experience.
Estonian Open Air Museum

Try to visit either early in the morning or around 4 PM. That's when it gets a bit quieter, and you can enjoy the place without the crowds!

I recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as the museum is quite large and you'll be doing a lot of walking. Trust me, I regretted wearing flip-flops halfway through!

Bring your own snacks or lunch if you can. The café has limited options and it’s pricey for what you get. I was pretty surprised when I saw the menu!
Don't miss the traditional crafts demonstrations; they’re super interesting! However, they have limited times, so check the schedule at the entrance to plan around them.
Kumu Museum

If you're looking to save money, check for free admission days or discounts online before you visit. I stumbled upon a great deal during my trip!
Estonian Maritime Museum
I suggest checking out the museum's website for discount days; I found a 'family day' on Sunday that saved us some cash. Perfect for a budget-friendly visit!

I recommend visiting the café on the top floor for great views of the harbor. It’s a good break with a nice atmosphere, plus the prices were surprisingly reasonable.

My advice is to take your time with the exhibits. I rushed through and missed a lot of cool stuff. Just take a breath and enjoy it, especially the interactive parts!
Kik-in-Kok Tower and Museum

I recommend visiting on a weekday in the morning, around 10 AM. It gets way busier later, and you'll have a much better experience exploring the tower without the crowds. Plus, the light for photos is fantastic at that time.

My advice is to take your time on the top floor – the views are stunning! I rushed up too fast and missed some cool exhibits on the way up. Just chill and soak it all in; you'll thank yourself later

When I went there was a really neat combo ticket for the tower and the museum next door. I think it saves you a few euros if you plan to do both so definitely check that out and don’t buy separately!
Church and Museum of Niguliste

You might wanna plan your visit for a weekday – it was way less crowded when I went on Tuesday, and I felt like I really got to enjoy the artwork without rushing.

I suggest you check out the museum audio guide. It adds so much to the experience and it was free during my visit! Total win!
